All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled. Tickets may be transferred to another attendee up until the start of the event.
By attending or participating in this event, all attendees and participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the officers, directors, employees, and agents of Cat Alley Street LLC and Usually Hip LLC (DBA The Catalyst Nightclub) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including, but not limited to, legal fees and costs arising out of or in connection with their attendance of and/or participation in the event. This indemnification extends to any injury, illness, physical harm, or damage to property incurred during the event. Attendees and participants acknowledge that they attend or participate in the event at their own risk and waive any claims against Cat Alley Street LLC and Usually Hip LLC (DBA The Catalyst Nightclub) for any such incidents.
